Terms of the House

The House

Astrum Corpus is a closed-access British fashion house built around elemental garments, Starbolt objects and selected ownership. The website has a public world, open to all, and a private acquisition layer that sits behind glyph access.

These terms apply to both. Where a section refers to acquisition, reservation or membership, it applies to the private layer.

Glyph Access & Membership

A glyph is issued to one holder only. It records your ownership, confirms your place in the registry, and connects you to the house system. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your glyph.

Glyphs and membership are personal to the holder and may not be transferred, sold or shared except where the house expressly permits it. The house may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached.

Releases, Reservation & Acquisition

Pieces are released through the Release Board in sequence. ‘Acquire’ is a purchase of an available piece. ‘Reserve’ secures a piece for an upcoming drop through a pay-now deposit or pre-payment; reservations may close once a stated proportion of stock is reserved. Acquisition and reservation adjust inventory immediately.

Selected pieces are not opened through public retail and are released only through glyph access, direct enquiry and House Casting. Availability is finite and is not guaranteed.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price and any applicable taxes and delivery charges are confirmed at checkout, which is operated through our commerce provider. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.

We take care to price accurately; in the rare event of a manifest error we may cancel the affected order and refund any sum paid. We may also decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Shipping & Returns

Pieces are made in England and dispatched within the timeframe shown at checkout. Where you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receipt, subject to the exceptions permitted by law; returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

The Astrum Corpus name, the Starbolt, the glyphs, the elemental symbols, the imagery and all related marks and content are the property of the house and are protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable Use & Liability

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or interfere with its operation, or misrepresent pieces acquired through the house. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the house is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your use of the site.
