The Chambers

Manchester / England

The completed garment returns to Manchester HQ, where its final seal is bound and its elemental route is brought into alignment. Charged through the central seal, the piece settles into its finished aura before entering the house.

  1. Stage 1

    Activation

    • The garment is elevated above the Air route, opening its passive circuitry to receive the charge.
    • Its existing Air alignment is brought into an active state.
  2. Stage 2

    Elemental Binding

    • Air force is imbued through the central seal and bound across the garment's circuitry.
    • The piece is fixed to the elemental nature it was constructed to hold.
  3. Stage 3

    Charge State

    • The Air aura settles through the garment, bringing its three traits into an active state.
    • Once worn, the garment continues to charge through its connection with the wearer.
Object Concept

Zephyrus

Zephyrus carries three star cards, one for each of the real stars drawn from its constellations. The cards are their energetic containers, and their proximity to the stars is what lets the object keep receiving celestial surges long after it is acquired.

When the three combine, one vessel locks in as the Star Director and two supporting forces complete the trine. The unicursal six-point star is the wiring diagram: one continuous circuit, one director, three forces, one running loop.

Gemini Star

First conduit

The first of the three air stars. It opens the object's route into the elemental field and sets the signal the other two answer to.

Libra Star

Second conduit

The second air star. It carries the object's depth, holding charge between surges rather than spending it.

Aquarius Star

Third conduit

The third air star. It closes the trine, and the strongest of the three locks in as the object's Star Director.
